Warranty Coverage
All products sold by Mahendra Power Solution are covered only under the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers.
Mahendra Power Solution does not provide any independent warranty on any battery, inverter, or related product.
The warranty period, coverage, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the respective brand/manufacturer.
Brands Covered Under Manufacturer Warranty
Warranty is available only as per the policies of the respective brands, including but not limited to:
- Exide Batteries
- Amaron Batteries
- Luminous Inverters & Batteries
- Any other brand sold by Mahendra Power Solution
Each manufacturer has its own warranty terms, conditions, and claim process.
Warranty Claims
If your product develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, you may contact us for assistance. Our team will help you initiate the warranty claim with the respective manufacturer.
Please note:
- Warranty approval is entirely at the discretion of the manufacturer.
- Mahendra Power Solution cannot approve, reject, or modify any warranty claim.
- The final decision regarding repair, replacement, or rejection rests solely with the product manufacturer.
What Is Covered
Warranty generally covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Performance issues covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy
Coverage may vary depending on the brand and product.
What Is Not Covered
Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover damage caused by:
- Physical damage or accidental breakage
- Improper installation
- Incorrect usage or negligence
- Overcharging or deep discharge
- Fire, flood, lightning, or natural disasters
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper vehicle electrical systems

Required Documents for Warranty Claims
To process a warranty request, customers may be required to provide:
- Original Purchase Invoice
- Warranty Card (if applicable)
- Product Serial Number
- Customer Identification (if requested by the manufacturer)
Failure to provide the required documents may delay or prevent warranty processing.
Warranty Inspection
The manufacturer or its authorized service center may inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
If the issue is found to be outside the manufacturer’s warranty terms, repair or replacement charges may apply.
Mahendra Power Solution’s Responsibility
Mahendra Power Solution acts only as an authorized dealer/reseller of branded products.
Our responsibility is limited to:
- Selling genuine products
- Providing the original purchase invoice
- Assisting customers with the warranty claim process
- Coordinating with the manufacturer whenever possible
We are not responsible for:
- Warranty approvals or rejections
- Replacement decisions
- Repair timelines
- Manufacturer service delays
- Warranty terms and conditions established by the manufacturer
Service Charges
If a product is found to be outside the manufacturer’s warranty coverage, any inspection, repair, replacement, transportation, or service charges will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
