No Refund Policy

All sales made by Mahendra Power Solution are final. We do not offer refunds on any products once they have been purchased.

As our products are physical goods covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Products that have been used or installed
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference
  • Delays caused by third-party courier or logistics providers

Product Exchange

A product may be considered for exchange only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect at the time of delivery.

Any exchange request must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product and must include photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

Manufacturer Warranty

All batteries and inverter products sold by Mahendra Power Solution are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

For warranty-related issues, customers can contact us directly, and our team will assist with the warranty claim process as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Please note that warranty approval is solely at the discretion of the respective manufacturer.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed according to the payment method used.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Description of the issue
